The last day

 Date- 21/5/22

Today, we were sad as we were to leave. We packed our bags, took a good look at the cliff, and said goodbye to Butterscotch (a kitty we met there).

We hopped into our cab and started our journey back home. But, surprisingly it wasn't over just yet. Our driver took us to one "hidden" spot that only locals knew about.

We had to track through the woods to reach the place. I was tired but as soon I saw the place I was utterly speechless.

We were on the very top of a hill. We were able to see every other hill from there. The blues sky filled with grey clouds and the cool wind completed the ultimate experience.

There were a few benches here where you can sit and enjoy the view. We sat here for a while and then we decided to sit on the very edge.

From here we video-called my grandparents again and talked with them for a little while.

Here there was a little shop selling juice as well but unfortunately, we didn't buy any.
We took in the view for an hour or so and then we decided to go back in our cab.

After driving for another hour or so the driver took us to a famous temple nearby. This was lord Ganesha's temple. It was huge. We took our blessings and with this, our journey was alas, over.

This trip, although short was very refreshing. It was really worth it. We came back home via train and reached Ahmedabad at around 7 in the morning the next day.

I will never forget the fog and the delicious strawberries I ate during the entire trip
Also, I will miss the kitty we met at our resort.
The view from Rockford was truly something I would never forget.

Also, this trip was not very expensive it was quite pocket friendly. If you ever want to visit a beautiful place filled with fog, greenery, and forts (also if you love strawberries) I would definitely recommend you to visit Mahabaleshwar!
